With our global focus, we mobilize African diaspora health professionals to address the health challenges faced by Africans both in the Netherlands and in their countries of origin.

Our commitment extends to fostering continuity in health policy in Africa and creating an environment conducive to innovation. To achieve these goals, we actively engage African diasporas in supporting the capacity building of local institutions and collaborate with public and private entities to formulate policies and implement initiatives that ensure equitable access to healthcare.

In our pursuit of these objectives, AfroEuro Foundation offers technical assistance to organizations, institutions, and individuals in the following areas:

1. Strengthening Capacity: We work to enhance the capacity of local and national institutions, enabling them to formulate, disseminate, and implement more effective health policies.
2. Facilitating Innovation: We actively promote the adoption and scaling of innovative solutions that improve access to healthcare and increase overall impact.
3. Promoting Health-Seeking Behavior: Our efforts encompass improving health-seeking behavior across all segments of the population, particularly in addressing high disease burdens and conditions such as non-communicable diseases, HIV/AIDS, malaria, and maternal and child healthcare.
4. Enhancing Healthcare Performance: We strive to elevate the overall performance of healthcare systems, focusing on effectiveness and implementing rigorous monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to gauge the capacity development of healthcare initiatives.
