Kibuuka Law Chambers is pleased to invite you to the above 2-day seminar entitled “Concrete Solutions to Ten Legal Problems in Tanzania’s Construction Industry” that will take place on:

This interactive Seminar will combine technical input and practical, hands on experience. This will ensure you get a full opportunity to enable you and your team to understand the legal problems encountered in the Tanzanian Construction Industry, and to improve your techniques and skills in solving these problems.

The Tanzania Construction Industry Seminar 2013 will be delivered by Kibuuka Law Chambers Founder & Managing Partner Paul Kibuuka. There will be case study examples and group exercises, as well as tutorial sessions. Paul has advised both local and international construction companies, and he’s responsible for drafting project and consulting agreements, negotiating and drafting construction contracts, drafting appointment letters for local and expatriate employees and contractors, and he is also involved in dispute resolution.

The cost of participation is USD500.
